Agadir is known as the jewel of Morocco. Bordering one of the most beautiful bays in the world, Agadir is best known for its wonderful beaches and year-round sunshine. Our popular family hotel enjoys a prime location directly on Agadir’s fine golden beach, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and only a short walk away from the fantastic beachfront promenade with countless souks, bars and restaurants.

The Hotel and Beach:

We have chosen the beautiful 4-star family hotel, Iberostar Founty Beach, for its high standard, great facilities and friendly atmosphere: Our hotel has two outdoor pools and a children's pool in addition to an indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The pool landscape is surrounded by 2,500 acres of garden where you can sunbathe and relax on hammocks.The beach is broad and long with fine golden sand, a private area for hotel guests and a variety of water sports on the sea front.

Rooms are spacious with en-suite bathroom with shower or bath, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, internet connection, mini bar, hair dryer, safety deposit box and private balcony or terrace.

Spa, Sports and Kids Club & Teenage Facilities:

For your wellbeing, the hotel has an indoor pool with Jacuzzi, a gym, sauna, steam room and treatment rooms for a wide range of massages and beauty treatments.

The hotel has superb sports facilities including two tennis courts and a well-equipped, modern gym. Activities on offer include aerobics, basketball, beach volleyball, football and bowling. In addition, Arabic dance lessons are available free of charge. If you like water sports, you can hire jet skis and dinghies on Agadir beach at the water sports centre near the hotel.

Your younger kids will love the Mini Club which is open for 4 to 12 year olds offering supervised childcare with organized play, arts and crafts, face painting, mini-disco and sports, giving you time to relax, pamper yourself or pursue one of the many free activities! Our hotel also caters particularly well for youngsters aged 13 to 16 with a Teenie Programme which is great for meeting other teenagers and participating in activities such as table tennis, football, water polo, volleyball, basket ball, darts, bowling, games and aerobics.

Evening Entertainment:

Our single parent families can dine together at either the hotel's main restaurant or the themed restaurant where they can indulge in local specialties. After dinner, there are daily shows to keep the kids (and the adults!) entertained whilst live bands perform traditional and international music allowing you to put your newly acquired Arabic dancing skills to use!

And if you feel like venturing out of the hotel, why not go for a stroll along the palm-lined promenade and watch the sun go down from one of the many sea front bars.

Excursions:

Popular destinations include the hilltop ruins of the old Kasbah in the north of Agadir from where you can enjoy stunning views over the city, the Suq al-Had market filled with the spices of North Africa and the impressive open air museum Medina d’Agadir. Alternatively you can enjoy an unforgettable camel ride through Agadir's estuary dunes and forest past the Royal palace.
